Care is at the heart of Limitless. Our experienced care team is here to help and support you as much or as little as you like. It could be a hand with your bags to the hotel room, assistance in the swimming pool, or one-to-one personal care. 

Our carers want to give you the confidence to explore new places, to try new experiences on our accessible holidays with carers provided, and most importantly, to ensure you have the most relaxing holiday ever.

Group Support & Holiday Assistance

Group Support & Holiday Assistance

Previously called ‘Group Support’

Group Support & Holiday Assistance is included as standard with all Limitless Travel holidays for disabled, and is what sets us apart from every other UK holiday provider. 

This level of support is suitable for those who do not require physical support, but may need a helping hand to make the most of their holiday experience. This assistance is provided in a group setting, therefore you must be able to support yourself if you intend to leave the group at any point.

What does Group Support & Holiday Assistance include?

✓ Pre-holiday assistance from our Limitless Travel Head Office team, who will answer any questions you have and provide support with hiring any limited mobility equipment you may require

✓ During your holiday, the On-Tour Team will assist you with making the holiday accessible day-to-day, including:

✓ Help with checking in to your hotel 

✓ Assistance with luggage 

✓ Help with accessing excursions

Morning, Evening & Occasional Daytime Care

Previously called ‘Personal Care 1:1’

In addition to the assistance provided in our Group Support & Holiday Assistance package, our Morning, Evening & Occasional Daytime Care package includes assistance with personal care.

This package is suitable for those who currently receive intermittent care support at home, or those who would like to receive personal care assistance throughout the day.

What does the Morning, Evening & Occasional Daytime Care package include?

Detailed care planning by the Limitless Travel team through a personal phone consultation to create a bespoke care plan for your holiday.

On-hand personal care provided by qualified carers with years of experience and a love for travel.

Assistance with showering and bathing, getting dressed, medication administration and toileting (45 minutes - 1 hour per morning and 30 - 45 minutes per evening)

Our One-to-One Care package is our most comprehensive level of care and is entirely tailored to meet your personal care needs.

This package means that you will have a carer supporting you throughout the day on your holiday. If you’re wanting to explore on your own, away from the group, then our one-to-one care package ensures that you will have the support you need to do so confidently, whatever you limited mobility needs.

What does the One-to-One Care With Hoisting package include?

Our One-to-One Care With Hoisting package includes everything that is included in our Group & Holiday Support and ‘One-to-One’ packages, plus the assistance of two qualified carers for manual handling support and hoisting for 1 hour - 1 hour 30 minutes per morning and 30 - 45 minutes per evening.

Companionship Package

Previously called ‘Limitless Buddy 1:1'

Our Companionship Package is suitable for those who currently receive assistance at home or in the community with emotional support, or assistance with everyday activities.

This package is suitable for those who do not require personal care assistance, but who would benefit from the support of a qualified carer on a one-to-one basis throughout their holiday.

What does the Companionship package include?

Detailed care planning by the Limitless Travel team through a personal phone consultation to create a bespoke care plan for your holiday

Support from a qualified Limitless Travel carer for prompting and emotional assistance

Assistance with medication, money handling and budgeting whilst on holiday, or with selecting items that are suitable to the guest's dietary requirements

If you have booked a companionship package and would like to explore away from the group, then our Companionship package also ensures that you will have the support you need to do so confidently.

Limitless Care - FAQ's

Which care package is right for me?

Our Travel Advisors can provide recommendations for which package they think would be most suitable for you. In addition to this, our care team will also reach out to you three months before your holiday to confirm you have everything you need to travel with complete confidence.

Do you provide night care?

While our team will be on hand to support you throughout the day, we currently don't provide night care. It is therefore imperative that you arrange your own night care if needed. If you have any questions then please get in touch with our team by using the form at the bottom of this page.

Can you help with medication administration?

Our Care Team are always happy to support with personal care but are unable to offer support with any invasive medication administration including but not limited to injections and suppositories.

How can I request assistance from the care team during my disabled holiday?

Our dedicated care team is always ready to assist you during your holiday. Simply reach out to our team before your trip or speak to any of our carers on-tour.

Are there additional costs associated with utilising the care services?

Costs may vary depending on the level of care required. It's best to discuss your specific needs with our booking team to get a clear understanding of any additional costs.

What are the qualifications and training of the care team members?

Our care team members are highly qualified professionals with many years of experience. They undergo rigorous training to ensure they provide the best care to our limited mobility travellers.

Do you offer accessible transportation?

Yes, we provide accessible transportation for all our accessible holidays. Our vehicles are equipped with wheelchair access and other modifications to ensure a comfortable and safe journey.

Can I travel alone if I require care?

Yes, you can travel alone. We offer a range of care packages, including one-to-one care, ensuring that you will have the support you need throughout your trip.
