Because holidays are for relaxing, not worrying about this or that, which is why we create bespoke care plans to provide the support you need while away from home.

What care support do you provide?

Everybody is different, which is why we offer three levels of support:

Group Support - this is included at no additional charge with all of our holidays and suitable for those that do not require physical support, but may need a helping hand to make the most of the holiday experience. This care is provided in a group setting, therefore you must be able to support yourself if you intend to leave the group at any point.

Personal Care - in addition to group support, this level includes assistance with personal care, and is suitable for those who currently receive or would like to receive personal care assistance while on holiday.

One-to-One Care - our most comprehensive care level, entirely tailored to meet your care needs. This package means that you will have a carer supporting you throughout every day of your holiday. Perfect if you're wanting to explore on your own but need support.

Which care level is right for me?

If you're unsure what support you'll require on holiday, contact our team, they'll spend time getting to know you, and arrange a bespoke level of care that ensures your holiday is exactly that - a holiday.  

What if I don't need personal care, but would like some support to make the most of my holiday?

No problem, our Buddy Package would be perfect for you. This package comes in addition to the care support levels. It is available for physically independent travellers who don't require personal care but would like a little emotional support, encouragement, and friendly company while on holiday.

I need someone to push my wheelchair, can you help?

Absolutely, like our Buddy Package, we also offer a Pusher Package in addition to our care support levels. With this package our team will help with propelling your wheelchair, so you can sit back and relax.

Do you provide night care?

While our team will be on hand to support you throughout the day, we currently don't provide night care. It is therefore imperative that you arrange your own night care if needed. If you have any questions then please get in touch with our team.

Can you help with medication administration?

Our Care Team are always happy to support with personal care but are unable to offer support with any invasive medication administration including but not limited to injections and suppositories.
