Holiday Overview

Embark on a unique winter getaway to the Canary Islands, where you'll enjoy year-round warmth and sun-soaked sights. This accessible cruise holiday allows you to explore five captivating islands, each offering diverse landscapes and so much to see and do.

Experience the allure of La Palma, often called the 'Pretty Island,' as you explore its UNESCO Biosphere Reserve status. Immerse yourself in the mesmerising volcanic vistas of Tenerife and Lanzarote, seen throughout Teide and Timanfaya national parks. Gran Canaria presents a world of contrasts, where golden dunes of Maspalomas harmonise with lush pine forests. Meanwhile, Madeira enchants with its fragrant botanical gardens.

Cruising with Fred Olsen, you can enjoy the luxuries of a smaller ship, which means fewer guests, a serene atmosphere, and a more personalised and intimate experience. You'll also be able to reach ports and destinations that larger ships cannot. Onboard, your cabin is fully accessible, as are the vast majority of the Balmoral's other facilities. With several restaurants, swimming pools, entertainment venues, a steam room and sauna, there’s plenty for all to enjoy at sea.

Throughout your trip, you’ll be accompanied by the Limitless Team, who will provide outstanding care support and assistance as and when you require it, enabling you to cruise with confidence.

These botanical treasures originated from bulbs and seeds brought by British merchants who arrived on the island, having amassed their fortunes through the sale of wine.
