Holiday Overview

From the crystal clear waters of the coast to the wildflower meadows and towering mountains of the interior, Cyprus is one of the Mediterranean's most awe-inspiring islands.

This is reflected in its long and tumultuous history - kings, queens, countries and empires have regularly fought one another for the right to call Cyprus their own. Their lasting legacy is one of remarkable archaeological and historical riches. Be it Byzantine monasteries, Phoenician tombs, Venetian homes or Ottoman forts, the island's past confronts you wherever you go.

Of course, Cyprus is also renowned for its fantastic climate and is a popular destination among holidaymakers looking to soak up the sun, relax and unwind. To that end, your fully accessible Cyprus accommodation is the perfect base. Close to several beaches and equipped with a hoist-accessible pool and raised sun loungers, you'll receive a warm welcome from the owners and have the Limitless team on-hand to help you enjoy your stay.

Throughout the holiday, you'll have the option to head out on several exciting excursions. We'll be touring the historic Kykkos Monastery, exploring the birthplace of the Greek goddess of love, Paphos, and visiting a number of accessible beaches, so there'll be plenty to see and do during your stay. Of course, all excursions are optional, so if you'd rather relax by the pool, you're more than welcome to do so.

Your disabled friendly Cyprus hotel has been hand-picked by the Limitless Team for its superb location and excellent disabled facilities. A Limitless Travel representative will accompany the tour group throughout the holiday, providing assistance whenever required and ensuring you receive the support you need.

Day 3 - Explore Polis

< >
Located a short distance from your accommodation on the western tip of the island, Polis is a pretty and charming town that boasts a bustling central square, beach access and several interesting historical landmarks. Day 4 - Kykkos Monastery and Troodos Mountains

< >
A remnant of the once all-powerful Byzantine empire, the Kykkos Monastery was founded in the 11th Century and is one of the island’s most intriguing historical sites. Situated atop a towering mountain in the Troodos range, it benefits from breathtaking views of the idyllic Cypriot countryside and the expansive Paphos Forest. Renowned for its wealth and opulence, the monastery was partly destroyed in a series of fires, though enough of the structure is still standing to give you a real feel for its historic grandeur. These fires make up just a small part of the monastery’s fascinating history, which you’ll learn all about on this excellent tour.

Day 5 - Visit Latchi Beach

< >
Day Five is all about relaxing, unwinding and embracing the gentle pace of island life. There’s the option to check out a local accessible beach, just a 10-minute taxi journey or a 35-minute mobility scooter ride from the hotel. The beach is equipped with a mechanical hoist that allows for easy access to the sea and its white sand and pristine waters epitomise the natural beauty of the Cypriot coast. Of course, you’re also welcome to take it easy at the hotel, wander into Polis or talk to the Limitless team about other possible excursions, too.

For history lovers, the tales of the city’s kings and queens will delight, while the Byzantine castle, Tomb of Kings and bustling harbour will also capture the imagination. For those looking to enjoy a little more sun, the Paphos’ array of accessible beaches and alfresco bars, cafés and restaurants make it a popular destination. There’s also a remarkably diverse range of shops and boutiques to explore if you fancy picking up some holiday souvenirs.
